How bookings work
A valid debit or credit card is needed to guarantee the booking.
Payment is taken from the card provided at time of reservation 7 days before arrival.
If you cancel a booking (less than 7 days before arrival) then you'll be charged the full amount.
If you don't show up or if you leave early (after arrival date) you'll be charged the full amount.
If you book through a third party you'll be subject to their conditions and higher prices as I need to pay at least 15% commission to them.
Stirling has excellent train connections with many services from Edinburgh, Glasgow and up to Inverness
Travelling around the city is easy with numerous bus services from the guest house to city centre, university and beyond
Bikes can hired via an App from Next Bike. Forth Bikes have newly introduced electric bikes. Hire stations are located around the city.
Stirling is a compact walkable city.
The city centre and main tourist attractions are one mile from the guest house and you can walk over Old Stirling Bridge with views of the Castle and Wallace Monument.
There are numerous car hire companies in Stirling. Europcar, Enterprise and Arnold Clark all have branches here.
