Stirling and the surrounding countryside has some amazing areas to explore.

The Ochil hills can be seen from the house and there are numerous paths to walk from easy to strenuous days out.  Climb Dumyat and see Stirling from above.

Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park is about 20 miles from here.   Explore beautiful lochs and hills on foot or by mountain bike.   Climb Ben Lomond or Ben An for amazing views of the area.

Go further north and explore the Tay Forest Park

Go east and walk the Fife Coastal Trail exploring pretty fishing villages such as Crail, Elie and Pittenweem.
