How bookings work
A valid debit or credit card is needed to guarantee the booking.
Payment is taken from the card provided at time of reservation 7 days before arrival.
If you cancel a booking (less than 7 days before arrival) then you'll be charged the full amount.
If you don't show up or if you leave early (after arrival date) you'll be charged the full amount.
If you book through a third party you'll be subject to their conditions and higher prices as I need to pay at least 15% commission to them.

There is sufficient space at the house for three cars plus street parking on Buchanan Drive, a 30 second walk from the house
Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy for direct bookings
If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Bookings made through third party agents are subject to different policies.

There are two floors. Ground and First
Room one is located on the ground floor
Rooms two, three and four are located up one flight of stairs.
To access the house there is one step at the front door
