Ravenswood Guest House has a great reputation for cleanliness.

I've enhanced cleaning by following a five step process throughout the house to reduce the spread of Covid-19.

PREPARE:  I have purchased recommended cleaning products to clean and sanitise rooms.   Hands washed before cleaning starts.  Rooms ventilated.  Protective gloves and masks worn whilst cleaning

CLEAN:  All linen and towels removed from rooms and washed at 60c.  All rubbish removed.  Carpets vacuumed. All hard surfaces washed with soap and water.

SANITISE: Light switches and door knobs plus other hard surfaces sprayed with disinfectant. Then allowed to air dry.

CHECK:  Every room checked to ensure cleaned and sanitised.

RESET: Wearing fresh gloves , beds made, fresh towels provided, hospitality tray refilled.  Door to room closed.

Should you want to clean something yourself, I will supply:

disposable gloves,

anti- bacterial spray

paper towels

hand sanitiser

Please do not hesitate to contact me before your stay if you have any questions.
