Ravenswood is a Victorian House which has been modernised and now offers bed and breakfast (B&B )in comfortable surroundings. The Guest House is located close to the city centre/train station (5 minute car/bus journey or 15 / 20 minute walk). The B&B offers well appointed comfortable surroundings, all guest rooms have:

The National Wallace Monument is located close by. Other attractions in the area include Stirling Castle, Argyll’s Lodgings, Bannockburn, Falkirk Wheel, Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.

For business guests, all Stirling’s main business parks are a short drive away:
Back o’Hill, Bandeath, Broadleys, Castle, Dunblane, Laurelhill, Springkerse, STEP, Stirling University Innovation

University of Stirling is only 5 minutes by car / bus or a 15 / 20 minute walk. The university is situated in a beautiful loch side campus and visitors can use the facilities: MP Jackson Fitness Centre, 50 metre Swimming Pool, Gannochy National Tennis Centre and Squash Courts, 9-hole golf couse and driving range, The MacRobert Arts Centre, with theatre, cinema, cafe/bar and award-winning entertainment.

Parking at Ravenswood B&B is available to the front of the house and secure parking for motorbikes / bicycles is also available.

Breakfast is served each morning in the dining room between 7:45 am and 9:15 am. Guests can choose from fruit salad, cereals, yoghurts, traditional Scottish cooked breakfast, boiled, scrambled or poached eggs. All served with home made bread, fruit juices, tea (including fruit and herbal) and coffee.

A vegetarian alternative is available including vegetarian haggis and sausages. Please contact me prior to your stay to discuss any dietary requirements you may have.

Breakfasts can also be served earlier if required due to work/travel commitments, again please contact me to request.

If you do not have time for breakfast, tell me the night before and ask for a snack pack to take away, consisting of sandwich, apple or banana, packet of crisps, biscuit and can of cola or carton of juice.

New for 2010 - Ravenswood Guest House residents now have use of Local Leisure Club. For a £5 fee per visit, you will have full use of the swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, shower and changing facilities.
